Description

Shady Guests is a tactical card game of influence, hidden moves, and perfect timing. Set at an ambassador’s party filled with suspicious guests and covert operatives, players lead rival spy networks competing to build the most influence before the event is exposed. On each turn, you play a guest or a spy into a shared room, either openly for an immediate effect or hidden for surprise, flexibility, and stronger reveals later. As the party unfolds, tension rises through the shared Attention track. Every reveal brings new opportunities, but also pushes the gathering closer to its final revelation. Guests help shape the rooms, spies create shared disruptions and advantages, and timing becomes just as important as card strength. With shared spaces, hidden information, shifting control, and constant player interaction, Shady Guests is a tense, medium-weight card game about bluffing, influence, and knowing exactly when to stay hidden — or step into the spotlight.
