Description
Forging Dynasty is an area-control strategy war game for two to four players set in a romanticised version of China's Warring States period. Players take on the roles of powerful warlords, each commanding unique factions as they struggle to expand their territorial influence across a highly contested map. The core gameplay focuses on the tension between military conquest, shifting alliances, and tactical deception. Throughout the game, players primarily use action selection and card play mechanisms to prevail over their enemies as they race to gain the most victory points through winning battles, completing objectives, and controlling regions. To succeed, players must manage resources, command armies, fortify provinces, develop technologies, and execute schemes designed to outwit and outmanoeuvre their opponents.
