Miniwars: The Battle of Prokhorovka

Description

Relive the fury of World War II with Miniwars: The Battle of Prokhorovka, a pocket wargame that recreates the massive clash between German and Soviet armored forces in the summer of 1943. In this tactical game played on a hexagonal map, each side controls armored and infantry units. The action is divided into Morning sub-turns (where units move and fight) and Night sub-turns (for recovering disabled units). Unit control is managed via activation tokens which determine the order of play. Combat is a simple system that combines the movement of armored and infantry units with the crucial support of aviation and artillery to determine the outcome. The game ends after eight turns. The player who controls the majority of the seven locations that award Victory Points will claim the victory.
