そこまで絞るにはねむれない夜もあっただろ ("You must have had sleepless nights to tighten your body so much") is a card game in which you shout at the macho of your heart at a bodybuilding competition. It's no surprise that every player wants to root for Macho, but in this game, the player who can continue to support Macho longer than anyone else wins.
