Description
"Rockets Red Glare" is a board wargame simulation of the War Of 1812 in North America on the strategic and operational levels, designed by Stephen Newberg and first published by "Simulations Canada" in 1981. The objective of both players will be to accumulate victory points for certain actions. The player who has accumulated the most victory points by the end of the game is the winner. Re-published by "Compass Games" in Paper Wars #78 - Fall 2013
