This is Not a Hotel

Description

CONCEPT: It had been a long day on the road. Highway hypnosis had set in and you had to get off the road. The old hotel was rundown, but it had a VACANCY sign. The manager at the front desk glared as you checked in, but you assumed that it was just the late hour. You climbed grimy stairwells and walked a maze of hallways with flickering overhead lights. The room wasn't clean, but you were eventually able to get to sleep. When you woke up it was still dark outside, though your watch said it was already eight in the morning. You could see nothing -- no parking lot, no highway, no sun. Trapped in a liminal space full of monsters, the only way you're going to find an exit is through finding each other in the chaos, working together, and overcoming the "hotel" and its attempts to subsume you into its structure. CONTENT WARNING: body horror, enforced conformity, gender essentialism (metaphorical), conversion therapy (metaphorical), transphobia (metaphorical). REQUIREMENTS: At least four players.
